We use coal tar asphalt seal coat which gives rich, dark results that protect surfaces and last for several years.

Sealing your cracks is the most effective and affordable way to preserve asphalt.  Every crack is treated with a heat lance to etch and dry it out.  Then we fill it with flexible, locally supplied hot-pour crack seal.

We thoroughly clean the surface and apply 2 coats of coal tar sealcoat.

How long does sealcoat last?  Every surface responds differently, and it depends on how careful you are with snow removal.

After 2 years, you can expect some fading.  Sealcoat creates a wear layer.  It is recommended to seal coat no more frequently than every 3 years.

We apply our sealcoat according to the manufacturer recommendations.  Many of our clients are happy with their sealcoat results for several years.

This husband and wife team is committed to providing you high quality products and results at an affordable price.  We met at Minot High School, spent 15 years in Southern Nevada, and are now raising 3 kids in rural Minot.  Every client is important.  Our business has grown because happy clients refer us to their family, friends, and neighbors.  You deserve reliable pavement maintenance, and we are here to serve your needs.    

History

Curb 2 Curb began in 2010 as a side business operating in Nevada.  We expanded to North Dakota in 2015.  Today, we maintain parking lots, driveways, and common areas in Minot, North Dakota.
